Device means any device capable of accessing the Service such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Goods means downloadable educational products and materials.
Order means a purchase request made by You through the Service.
Service refers to all educational services, assessments, and content provided via our Website, Google Sites, JotForm, and TutorBird.
Subscription means recurring tutoring or digital product access offered on a payment basis.
Website refers to www.readingthroughtimes.com and any subdomains or related hosted services.
You means the individual or legal entity accessing the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any portion of the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must immediately discontinue use. You represent that You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardians.

Service Overview
Reading Through Times, LLC provides digital educational products and virtual tutoring services, primarily through online tools including Google Sites, Google Slides, Google Docs, JotForm, and TutorBird. Services are offered globally and are subject to jurisdictional laws and best practices in data protection.
User Accounts and Conduct
Users may be required to create an account or submit personal information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to:
Misuse or disrupt our platforms.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Impersonate another user.
Share unauthorized third-party content.
Orders, Payments, and Billing
All payments for sessions, subscriptions, or downloadable products must be made through out secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, JotForm, TutorBird). By submitting payment, You confirm that You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Subscriptions: Renew automatically unless canceled in writing, 7 days before planned cancellation date.
Cancellations:
Group sessions cannot be rescheduled.
One-on-one tutoring may allow one reschedule per month with a minimum of 24-hour advance notice. Reschedule requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated and will be forfeited.
Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for any services or digital products except where required by applicable law. Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of the Company and do not establish a precedent.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Service, including curriculum, documents, videos, logos, trademarks (including Read Between the Lines™), and instructional frameworks, are owned by Reading Through Times, LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
We use services such as Google Sites, JotForm, and TutorBird. We do not control or take responsibility for the privacy or operational policies of these services. We encourage you to review their respective terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reading Through Times LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount to paid in the prior 30 days.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or that defects will be corrected.
You agree that use of the Service is at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
For EU Residents: You may access services under your local consumer protections and laws. We comply with the GDPR and EU digital service directives to the extent applicable.

International Use
The service is operated from the United States but is accessible globally. If you access the Service outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws, including data protection laws such as GDPR.
