Location:
Paraiso Hills Resort is located in Jala-Jala, Rizal (next to Tanay and Pililia). We are searchable sa Waze and Google Maps.
Check in and Check Out:
Check-in time for overnight stay is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon the following day. There will be no adjustment in check out time if the guest checks in later than 3 p.m. Late check-out will be charged accordingly with an extra charge unless there are booked guests on the same day.
Approved stay extensions or early check ins will be charged at a flat rate of ₱250 per hour, subject to room availability. Guests who come in earlier than the designated check in time may stay at the resort waiting area at no additional cost.
Room capacity shall be STRICTLY OBSERVED. An additional amount shall be charged in excess of maximum occupancy.
Walk ins and Ocular Hours:
A reservation is strictly required for day tours and overnight stays to preserve guest privacy, maintain manageable capacity, and avoid fully booked turnaways. Walk-ins are not accepted.
For the cafe and restaurant, we accept walk ins. We are open from 7am to 9pm daily. Advance notice is advised because sometime the resort is rtented exclusively including the restaurant.
Ocular visits must be arranged ahead of time to ensure availability.
Booking and Cancellation Policies:
A 50% down payment is required to secure/confirm any room reservation and mark unavailable for our online booking platforms.
Payment - We do not accept check payments. Our credit card terminal application is in process. Payment can be done via direct bank transfer, cash or Gcash. We can process via Airbnb for a higher rate due to the platform fees.
Balance amount must be paid on or before Check-in. Any incidental charges will be paid separately prior to Check-out.
Cancellation: If you fail to cancel your reservation at least fourteen (14) days prior to your intended check-in date, Paraiso Hills shall forfeit your down payment. No refunds will be provided for no shows. Reservations for either an overnight stay or day tour must be canceled or rebooked at least fourteen (14) days prior to the intended check-in date at the resort. If reservations are cancelled within this period, Paraiso Hills will refund 50% of your down payment within three (3) banking days from your cancellation.
Rebooking: You may rebook once given that you notified the resort in advance 48 hours prior the check in time.
Pencil Booking: We can hold and block the date for up to 24 hours "upon request" before it becomes available again for other groups. Unsettled holds expire automatically after 24 hours. First group to pay the reservation fee books the date and/or room.
Pet Policies:
Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome resort-wide (pool area excluded). One domestic pet stays free per room; additional pets are ₱500 each and must be arranged prior to booking. Owners must supervise pets, clean up after them, and ensure they wear diapers in all indoor and common areas.
Outside Food and Corkage Policy:
Outside Food: Bringing outside cooked food incurs a corkage fee of ₱200 per person. This fee is waived if you are already availing of the resort's full-board meals.
Local Hard Drinks: Subject to a corkage fee of ₱200 per bottle.
Imported Hard Drinks: Subject to a corkage fee of ₱500 per bottle.
Soft Drinks: Charged a corkage fee of ₱300 per case.
Beer & Cases of Alcohol: Charged a corkage fee of ₱500 per case.
Cooking Restriction: There are no kitchens in the rooms. The resort underwent extensive renovations. In order to preserve its beauty, cooking is prohibited. Cooked food can be considered if the resort is booked exclusively and pre-arranged with the management. Exclusive booking is at least 30 guests during weekdays and at least 50 guests during weekends. Cooking is only allowed in Camp Vista accommodations.
Food Board Meals: Meals are plated and selected from our main restaurant menu, offering guests our freshly prepared specialty dishes throughout their stay. Buffet options are available for group bookings of 50 or more.
Allowed Food: Dietary items, baby food and snacks are acceptable.
Vista Guests: Only guests booked at Paraiso Vista and Paraiso Camp may bring and cook food, as it is equipped with its own private kitchen. Food must be consumed in the Vista area only. For guests in the main resort (Poolside, Gardenview, Lakeview, or Day Tour), we have an in-house restaurant available (bringing outside cooked food incurs a corkage fee).
Resort Ground Rules:
Swimming: Swimming Pools: Open for guest use from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Child Policy: Kids aged 6 years old and below are free when sharing the existing bed with their parents. Breakfast is not included for free-staying children but may be ordered separately.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all the rooms and inside the restaurant. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Quiet Times: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Music and Karaoke Use: Karaokes or sound systems are allowed only for exclusive and pre-arranged functions. Small bluetooth speakers are allowed observing silence between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Wet Clothing: Please take care of the mattresses as if they’re your own. Do not enter the restaurant or common areas while soaking wet as it poses significant safety and sanitation risks.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The management shall not be liable for any loss of personal property not turned over to the reception area.
Check Out Process: Upon checking out, there will be a 15 minute clearing time that will be conducted by our Housekeeping staff to check and clear your room. Missing items from the room shall be charged to the guest’s account. Keys shall be surrendered at the reception area as part of the checkout process. Lost key will be charged Php 250.00 per piece.
Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guests will be charged a full night’s stay. (Examples: excessive mess, acts of vandalism, etc.)
House Rules:
Linens and Towels:Use of bedding linens and hand/bath towel are changed on the second day of stay. Should the guest require extra bedding linens, pillows, towels, and toiletries corresponding charges shall apply.
Please switch-off lights, TV, and aircon if not in use. Close all windows and bathroom doors to conserve energy when aircon is on.
Make sure all faucets/showers are properly turned-off when not in use.
Guests are not allowed to attach anything to the floors, walls, ceiling, and other parts of the room, through any means, otherwise any damage caused shall be charged to the guest. Immediately report any damages, or broken fixtures to the Front Desk so the resort can take the necessary actions.
The registered guest assumes full financial responsibility for any loss, breakage, or damage caused to resort property, amenities, or fixtures during their stay. Charges will be assessed based on the item's current replacement or repair cost.
For Vista guests only: Accomodations in Vista are 24 hours Solar-powered though it can only support airconditioning from 6-8 hours at the moment.
Exclusivity:
Paraiso Hills Resort ensures an exclusive environment for groups numbering 50 or more. Our expansive 8,000-square-meter grounds (excluding the campsite) never feel crowded even when all rooms are fully booked.
For individual and smaller group bookings, we maintain a comfortable atmosphere by limiting daily occupancy to half the total capacity.
Our air-conditioned accommodations can currently host up to 110 guests in total: up to 63 in the main resort (Poolside, Gardenview, and Lakeview rooms) and 47 in the Vista accommodations. For larger groups, we also offer glamping and tent options. Please refer to the resort map below for a helpful visual guide.
Events and Catering Services:
We offer our in-house catering services. You are also welcome to bring your preferred caterer, subject to a corkage fee.
Ingress and egress for all caterers and third-party suppliers must fall strictly within your reserved time slot. Please factor in supplier setup and pack-down when scheduling your booking hours.
Photoshoot:
Shoots are allowed on-site, provided all activities remain non-intrusive and do not encroach upon the privacy of other guests.
