Check in and Check Out:
Check-in time for overnight stay is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon the following day. There will be no adjustment in check out time if the guest checks in later than 3 p.m. Late check-out will be charged accordingly with an extra charge unless there are booked guests on the same day. Guests who come in earlier than the designated check in time may stay at the resort waiting area at no additional cost.
Room capacity shall be STRICTLY OBSERVED. An additional amount shall be charged in excess of maximum occupancy.
Walk ins:
We do not want guests to risk arriving when all rooms are booked out that's why walk ins are not allowed. A reservation is strictly required for day tour and overnight stay to also manage the capacity and operational efficiency.
For the cafe and restaurant, we accept walk ins. We are open from 7am to 9pm daily.
Booking and Cancellation Policies:
A 50% down payment is required to secure and confirm any room reservation. We do not accept check payments. Our credit card terminal application is in process. Payment can be done via direct bank transfer, cash or Gcash. Balance amount must be paid on or before Check-in. Any incidental charges will be paid separately prior to Check-out. Reservations for either an overnight stay or day tour must be canceled or rebooked at least fourteen (14) days prior to the intended check-in date at the resort. If reservations are cancelled within this period, Paraiso Hills will refund 50% of your down payment within three (3) banking days from your cancellation.
Cancellation: If you fail to cancel your reservation at least fourteen (14) days prior to your intended check-in date, Paraiso Hills shall forfeit your down payment. No refunds will be provided for no shows.
Rebooking: You may rebook once given that you notified the resort in advance 48 hours prior the check in time.
Pet Policies:
Pet Friendly: Dogs and other pets are fully permitted throughout the resort grounds. One domestic pet per room is allowed unless otherwise arranged prior to booking.
Owner Responsibilities: Guests must bring waste bags, clean up after their pets, and ensure they are supervised. Pets must wear diapers at all
times indoors—be it inside the room or common areas.
Outside Food and Corkage Policy:
Outside Food Permitted: Guests can bring cooked food or heavy meals subject to a fee of P100 per head.
Local Hard Drinks: Subject to a corkage fee of ₱200 per bottle.
Imported Hard Drinks: Subject to a corkage fee of ₱500 per bottle.
Soft Drinks: Charged a corkage fee of ₱300 per case.
Beer & Cases of Alcohol: Charged a corkage fee of ₱500 per case.
Cooking Restriction: There are no kitchens in the rooms. The resort underwent extensive renovations. In order to preserve its beauty, cooking is prohibited. Dietary items, baby food and snacks are acceptable. Cooked food can be considered when the resort is booked exclusively and pre-arranged with the management. Exclusive booking is at least 30 guests during weekdays and at least 50 guests during weekends.
Resort Ground Rules:
Swimming: Swimming Pools: Open for guest use from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Child Policy: Kids aged 6 years old and below are free.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all the rooms and inside the restaurant. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Quiet Times: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Music and Karaoke Use: Karaokes or sound systems are allowed only for exclusive and pre-arranged functions. Small bluetooth speakers are allowed observing silence between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Wet Clothing: Please take care of the mattresses as if they’re your own. Do not enter the restaurant or common areas while soaking wet as it poses significant safety and sanitation risks.
