Monday 8 September 2025   |    Synod Opening Ceremony at Tokai Community Church

5pm      Synod registration opens

6pm      Light supper for all Synod Opening Ceremony attendees

7pm       Synod Opening Ceremony

Tuesday 9 September 2025   |   Day to prioritise ministry relationships

9am - 2:30pm        Free time for your ministry meetings:  Schedule your own meetings with fellow colleagues from other regions or attend the Generate Conference.  

3pm - 5:30pm        George Whitefield College:   GWC Campus Tour, presentation and opportunity to meet GWC students. (Venue: GWC)

6pm - 8:00pm        REACH-SA Presbyter supper: Only for REACH-SA Presbyters employed within a REACH-SA church or by invitation from the Presiding Bishop. (Venue: GWC)

Wednesday 10 September 2025   |   Synod Session 1 at Tokai Community Church

9:00am      Synod Session 1 (Bishop's Charge, Motions & Elections)

5:30pm      Close of Synod Session 1

Thursday 11 September 2025  |  Synod Session 2 at Tokai Community Church

9:00am      Synod Session 2 (Motions & Elections)

5:30pm      Close of Synod 2025
