Yvonne Dripps, M.Ed,. RYT-200, is a registered yoga instructor, certified kids yoga teacher, has two Master of Education degrees, is a licensed foods and nutrition and foods for fitness instructor, modern classroom mentor, and is a soccer referee. As a yoga practitioner for 20 years, she is passionate about helping people practice mental and physical flexibility and fitness every single day. Yvonne designs sequences and mindful meditations to energize and restore beginners, advanced practitioners, and everyone in between who wants to feel their best every day. These practices are for all people, cued for safe alignment, and are meant to be customized to honor all body shapes. She hopes that you feel restored, replenished, and inspired by her yoga and mindfulness practices.
