Tennis is about technique, but also the hustle, power, and will to be the best on the court. Athletes learn to deal with high-pressure situations, focus when they’re tired, and respect for the person on the other side of the net.

COACHES MEETING (For Parents, Players and all coaches)

ARK YOUR CALENDARS: Coach Dan will hold his Coaches meeting with Parents and Players on Thursday, March 12 @ at 6:30 pm, in the Athletic Conference Room at Armstrong 

CAPTAINS PRACTICES:

Scheduled every Sunday from January 11 to March 15, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM (courts 5 and 6) at St. Louis Park Lifetime.

Reminders: 

• • The cost for each practice is $10 for each practice to cover court fees ( PayPal or Venmo are accepted)

  • The boys must fill out a release form every 6 months if they aren't Lifetime members: Parental Agreement Submission - Intellistack. If you filled one out this year, you are all set (no need to do so again)

ATHLETIC REGISTRATION is now open!

• You must be registered before you can attend the first practice on MARCH 23rd. 

  • This includes having an up-to-date physical on file - please check the registration site for details

• The Coach meeting for Parents and team meeting will be held sometime in March before the season starts. 

• • During the meeting, Coach Dan will give you all the info you need for the season and answer any questions you have. 

  • The Booster Club will also attend to answer questions.

UNIFORM ORDERING

It is time to place your orders for this year's uniforms!   Most items are shipping within less than a week but please try to place the order as soon as you can.

• • This year we have NEW SHIRTS.  The captains voted and this year we are going with BLUE shirts. 

  • The shorts + sweatshirts, etc., we've worn in previous years are still the same. 

  • The blue hats we ordered in past years are no longer available, so I suggest we get white this year.

FUNDRASING and CARB LOAD DINNERS:

Dates and times will be sent out soon. We will need families to volunteer to host carb load dinners for the boys.

Keep practicing and sign up to play in some  UTR and USTA events outside of the tennis season! If you need advice on what to sign up for - contact the coaches and booster club!
