EL Level 1 I & II (9-12)

This course is designed for students who are just beginning their study of the English language. Students will learn basic English vocabulary and skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
EL Level 2 I & II (9-12)

Students are introduced to the language and concepts of literature and grammar. They develop academic language skills; reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students develop academic language skills in preparation for co-taught and core content courses.
EL Biology I & II
3006/3007
Students will use their science skills of: observation, science drawing, recording notes, identification (using books or apps), asking questions, collecting data, using field techniques, as well as learning the process of experiment design so that students can replicate the process and communicate their findings from the scientific process to peers.
This is an English language supported Biology class.
EL Guided Study I & II (9-12)
Students are supported as they learn and apply organization and study skills. They participate in collaborative learning, and develop routines related to learning and academic success.
EL Pre-Algebra I & II (9-12) 4600/4601
Students develop the foundational skills needed to be successful in HS Algebra and Geometry. This year long course places a strong emphasis on the continued study of integers, order of operations, variables, expressions, and equations. Students will solve and graph equations and inequalities, and explore geometry, statistics, and graph concepts.
