Tammi O'Brien, LSW, MPH
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), and over 14 years of experience. I am currently pursuing LADC I licensure. My background spans acute stabilization, addiction recovery, and systemic advocacy.
I offer a person-centered approach integrating CBT, DBT skills, psychodynamic principles, family and ecological systems theory, solution-focused approaches, and grief and loss therapy.
Grounded in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space to build resilience and self-efficacy. Whether navigating trauma, grief, or life transitions, I am here to ensure you don’t have to struggle in isolation.
Tamara Ling, MSED, MPHIL, MHC
I hold a dual master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, backed by over two years of intensive, family-based clinical experience. Specializing in family and couples therapy, I support clients through complex relational dynamics, parenting challenges, and the emotional or behavioral needs of children and adolescents.
My approach is integrative and culturally responsive, drawing from CBT, Structural Family Therapy, and the Gottman Method. Together, we will look beyond symptoms to explore how identity and systemic stress impact your well-being, focusing on strengthening communication, improving emotional regulation, and building healthier connections.
