Math

Math in fourth grade is an exciting time as our brains are working to provide evidence to back up our claims in math just like we are learning to do in reading! Using the Bridges Math Program we take a hands on approach to understanding new math concepts and skills. Some days we work in a whole group setting and others we split into small groups to complete centers where students work independently, with partners, and with myself to accomplish math work goals for the day. Students also play an online math game called Prodigy Math that allows them to apply just right math concepts to a magical wizarding world.
