Mentor Evaluation

This document will be filled out by the student's mentor, placed in a sealed envelope, and returned to the student's English IV teacher.

Product Verification Log

Students will record all project hours on this log. All activities require a mentor signature, and some may require the signature of an additional supervising adult if necessary. This document will be scanned to the student's email and placed on his/her website.

Students will display the following documents on their Graduation Project Portfolio Documents page.

*Research Paper Final Draft

Instructions for uploading documents:

All project documents, with the exception of the Mentor Evaluation and the Background Check, must be inserted onto the student's Documents page/embedded from Google Drive.

Students must follow some specific instructions in order to ensure that this is done correctly.

1. Export Pages documents (Self Evaluation and Research Paper) to PDF's.

2. Upload all documents to the Google Drive.

3. Open each document within Drive and do the following:

*Click on the small dots in the corner.

*Click on Advanced.

*Change "Private" to "Anyone with the link" and save.

4. Return to Documents page, click on Insert, then From Drive, and embed the document.
