Before continuing, please restart your MacBook by clicking the Apple symbol in the upper left corner of the screen then selecting the Restart... option.
Google Chrome Issues:
Try restarting your computer then see if the issue remains.
If so, clear your cookies and cache (click here for Chrome instructions), restart Chrome and test again.
If the issue remains, close Chrome then open Self Service and install "Chrome Install or Update".
Safari:
Try restarting your computer then see if the issue remains.
If so, clear your cookies and cache (click here for Safari instructions).
LockDown Browser - Update required:
Open Self Service and choose "Respondus LockDown Browser Reinstaller", then install.
Note - do not Install Respondus for ICC or Respondus for OEM.
LockDown Browser - zScaler Login Issue:
Close LockDown Browser
Open Safari and go to a non-RCS website (example: gmail.com) to trigger a zScaler login prompt
Login to zScaler in Safari then close the browser once the webpage loads
Open LockDown Browser and log into zScaler again
SchoolNET Secure Tester:
Open Self Service and choose "SchoolNET Secure Browser Reinstaller", then install.
The following applications are available in Self Service for installation:
Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie, Garage Band, Photos, Android File Transfer, Stopwatch, and Inspire.
Note: iMovie and Inspire are over 2GB and should be downloaded at school.
Once you begin the download, your computer should remain open until the installation is complete.
Students do not need to create a Zoom account to join a teachers class.
