Software Issues

General Troubleshooting Tips:

Google Chrome:

  • Try restarting your computer.
  • If possible, clear your cookies and cache (click here for Chrome instructions).
  • Open Self Service and choose "Chrome Install or Update" and install.

Safari:

LockDown Browser:

  • Open Self Service and choose "Respondus LockDown Browser Reinstaller", then install.

SchoolNET Secure Tester:

  • Open Self Service and choose "SchoolNET Secure Browser Reinstaller", then install.

The following applications are available in Self Service for installation:

  • Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie, Garage Band, Photos, Android File Transfer, Stopwatch, and Inspire.
  • Note: iMovie and Inspire are over 2GB and should be downloaded at school. Once you begin the download, your computer should remain open until Mission Control indicates the installation is complete.
