Password Issue

Ensure you are typing your email address in correctly, as this is the problem most of the time. Student accounts follow the format of [first_initial][last_name].[last_three_digits_student_number]@student.rcsnc.org. For example: John Doe, with student number of 123456, will become jdoe.456@student.rcsnc.org. 

Then, type in your password correctly, making sure your caps lock isn't on.

Then, make sure you are typing in your zscaler password in the password field. Select the "Sign In" icon instead of pressing enter.

NCEdCloud password requirements: 

• must be at least 8 characters

• contain at least 1 number

• contain at least 1 letter

• contain at least 1 upper case letter

• cannot contain your name or student number

If you are having trouble with your password, contact a current teacher to reset your password.
