It may not seem important right now, but creating and sticking to a schedule for yourself will serve you well for years to come. If you aren't already doing this, start simple by scheduling time inside by yourself, inside with others (social distance if anyone is sick), outside alone, and outside with others (again, social distance from anyone who is sick or who you are not quarantined with). Here's a peek into how we're rolling at Ms. Stoppa's house.
