The Musical Arts are essential to the development of our students. Our program is designed to educate our young scholars by engaging and inspiring them to be life-long learners through active participation, creative expression and cultural awareness in the arts. We facilitate learning and understanding by using an integrated, sequenced, interdisciplinary, and standards-based curriculum. We strive to instill an appreciation for all music, build an understanding of all the basic principles behind musical theory and application, and even encourage our students to participate in vocal competency through our chorus or instrumental competency with our individualized programs to learn/master an instrument as well as participation in a music ensemble.
