Joseph Muniga

Hello, students and parents! My name is Joseph Muniga, I’m a 7^th and 8^th grade counselor (TEAM 2) at Franklin Lower. This is my 13^th year in the RCSD as a school counselor, previously I was at School No. 4. Although this school year is much different than ever before, I’m really looking forward to building relationships with all of my students and families.
