Under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, businesses must keep their electrical systems safe, and an up-to-date EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is the standard way to prove it. Most commercial premises need an EICR every 5 years, with licensed premises often more frequently. We test, certify and remedy: one contractor, start to finish.
We also welcome tender and framework enquiries from main contractors, factors, letting agents and public-sector buyers, and can provide RAMS, insurance documents and references on request.
