What to do if your child needs medication at school

  • Print off the medication form found under parent and physician health form section
  • Return it completed to school with the student's medication in the correct, original container clearly labeled.
  • Prescription medication should be sent to school in the original pharmacy container
  • Over the counter medications can be sent in without a doctor's note but can only be administered for a maximum of 3 consecutive school days. After 3 days a doctor's note will need to be obtained for administration.
