Friday - Homework Week 8 is due; Vocabulary Test on Units 21 - 25

******Students have a Unit Schedule in their notebooks that shows the topics discussed each day as well as assignments.
Current Unit Goals: See Unit packet number 3 called Inequalities. I can solve, graph, and write the solution of an inequality using interval notation. I can solve practical problems using inequalities. The next test is currently scheduled Thursday October 1st. Students need to study for the test Thursday. Students will take the benchmark test October 8th. The Benchmark test will be a test grade.
Test grade: Students have a project to work on. The project is due October 1st.
Project goals: I can identify the properties of addition and multiplication. I can justify steps in solving equations using the names of properties.
***** Weekly Spiral Homework is due every Friday. Week of September 28th - October 2nd: Students will not have a weekly spiral homework assignment due Oct. 2nd. Projects are due on Thursday, Oct. 1st. Students will also need to start studying for the Algebra Benchmark Test. Students will take the Algebra Benchmark Test October 8th.
