Pine Knob's student clubs welcome skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels to be part of their family community!

Club Night: Thursdays 4pm - Close
Club Dates: Thursday, January 11th - Thursday, February 15th
** Make-up date on Thursday, February 22th if needed
Club Members: Hart Middle School Students and Chaperones/Parents
Transportation: No transportation will be provided by the school
Chaperone: Each student must be accompanied with a chaperone. The chaperone does not have to ski.

Pine Knob Club Details
We are happy to announce our simplified student program using our new online registration software. We are excited to welcome you back to Pine Knob and hope you come out and enjoy winter with our student program.
The program includes lift tickets and a membership card. Additionally, you can pick a package of rentals and/or six group lessons. The lessons will begin the first week of January and run through the second week of February.

Important Definitions To Know
Student Club - 15 or more students led by a club sponsor
Club Sponsor - Leader of the student club
Responsible for marketing to your potential club members
Responsible for keeping track of each member's ticket usage.
Picking up lift tickets and rental forms each week and returning unused items to the office. Unused tickets not turned in at the end of the night will be counted as tickets handed out, and removed from your club's balance. All unused tickets must be returned the same night.
Communicating with your Club Members about when and where you will be seated at the resort for your members to pick up their tickets and related materials.
Student Lift Tickets - Beginner area magic carpet and rope tow ticket. Tickets will be picked up from your sponsor in the Pinery on your club nights. They can be used on chairlifts if the appropriate patches have been earned, purchased, and are visible to the lift operator. On non-club nights, lift tickets can be purchased with a student membership card at the resort lift ticket window. Tickets/Rentals can only be picked up from your Club Sponsor on your club night.
Patches - Patches are earned by students when they achieve specific skiing or riding skills. Patches can be purchased at the ski school desk for $5.00 each with instructor approval of skill level. (See attached chart for descriptions of skill levels and which lifts can be used by each patch level.)
Adult Membership Card - Can be purchased for $30 M-Thur $35 Friday. For discounted rates, it allows parents/guardians to accompany their student members on their club night. $32 M-Thur, Friday $35 all area lift tickets, and $32 M-Thur, Friday $35 rentals are available for purchase on student’s club night at the resort ticket window. Show your membership card at the resort ticket window on non-club nights for ten $5 off discounts which can be used whenever the resort is open. Adult ticket and rental packages will be available if desired.
Student Membership Card - On non-club nights, you can purchase lift tickets and rentals for $32 each M-Thur, Friday $35 after 3:00 p.m. on non-holidays. Students can use membership cards before their club begins and after it ends. Show your membership card at the resort ticket window on weekends and holidays for $5 off discounts, which can be used whenever the resort is open. See the resort website for Holiday dates. Membership includes one complimentary skill evaluation.
Skill evaluation - Complimentary for new members who do not have patches but already can ski down beginner terrain, turn and stop, and ride a chairlift by themselves. It can be used by any club member to evaluate skills for patches if not involved in our student lesson package.
Student member private lesson - $80 private lesson ($10 off our retail price for private lessons). Use the promo code at checkout for a discounted price. Patches can be earned during private lessons. Available any time the resort is open during ski school hours.
Student group lesson - Three group lessons for $120, Six group lessons for $200, starting the first week of January. Each week you will be with the same instructor and group at the same time. Sign up when registering for the program. Students will be assigned to a group of similar abilities. They may be moved to another group that better fits their skills. (We will have seven weeks of lessons, the first week will be a skills assessment and patch evaluation. In weeks two through seven the students will be formed into similar ability groups and assigned instructors for the duration of the program.)
