Question: Do I have to be a member to come to legion events?

Answer : Absolutely not.

Question: How do I become a member?

Answer: You can join our branch 06-192 online at www.legion.ca or drop in at our bar any day after 3pm to fill out an application. The current membership fee is $50 online or $55 at the branch (annually).

Question: When is the bar open?

Answer: We are open every day (except Christmas) from 3pm until closing.

Question:  are the facilities for rent? How does one go about  renting the facility?

Answer: Yes, our branch offers a hall for rent, with a capacity of  79 people, as well as a bar area with a capacity of 75, and a terrace area with a capacity of 112 people. There is also a fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen available for use with your rental of any area. Question: Are there wheelchair facilities?

Answer: The upstairs hall is equipped with a wheelchair accessible washroom, and the terrace is accessible via a ramp.

Question: Why is the outside flag at half mast?

Answer: We fly the Canadian flag at half mast when one of our members or community members dies. To find out for whom the flag has been lowered, please call our bar between 3-6pm. 819-687-9143.

Question: Are you allowed cannabis on the premises?

Answer: Cannabis is an allowed substance in the Province of Quebec, but smoking it is only allowed when 9 metres away from the building.
