FFA is a student based leadership organization that is based within the agricultural industry. FFA (formally Future Farmers of America) was founded in 1928 in Kansas City, Missouri. Since its founding FFA has grown to become one of the largest student leadership organization in the country, with 735,038 student members in grades 7 through 12 who belong to one of 8,817 local FFA chapters throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Central FFA was chartered in 1970 and has a long standing tradition of success, and a history of strong leaders. Currently our membership is at 56 members in grades 7 through 12. In order to be a part of FFA students must be enrolled in at least one agricultural education class a school year and pay dues.
