2. To input your data, simply select your station
and the corresponding form, then click on "Add Data."
3. To ensure that your data has been successfully entered into the database, click on "View Data."
All staff are reminded to be responsible for each activity to report their data through these online forms no later than one month after the event's end.
All R&D and RCEF Coordinators from the branches and Assistant Division Heads of CES-based divisions are hereby assigned to handle the monitoring of compliance of their offices and the concerned staff handling the event Branch directors and division/office heads are hereby advised to develop strategies to ensure compliance to this memo.
