You can reach us through one of the following three options when opening a work order for the Information Technology Department:


Self Service Portal: Log into the Staff Portal at servicedesk.rcdsb.on.ca and login using your RCDSB credentials. Click on RCDSB Support Portal, Then choose an incident type and fill out the form. New work orders will be forwarded to the appropriate IT Staff, and you will receive confirmation of the work order via e-mail. You may check on the status of your work order(s) by visiting servicedesk.rcdsb.on.ca or contacting the IT Help Desk.

Open work orders will be forwarded to the appropriate Information Technology Department staff. You will receive confirmation of the work order via email.


Please remember to provide all relevant information regarding your technology issue including:


A detailed description of the problem.

Contact information (name, school, room number, etc...)

Workstation name\printer name or serial number (if applicable).

Software\application title (if applicable).
