These guidelines were created over an 18 month period in consultation with RCDSB students, staff, families as well as community stakeholders. If you have questions regarding staff and students in terms of their gender identity and gender expression; this is the primary resource to support you.

The RCDSB is committed to the principles of equity, anti-racism and anti-oppression in all that we do. Here is the RCDSB administrative procedure on Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression for both students and staff.
RCDSB's framework on how to address and respond to all incidents (words, actions) of discrimination and hate. The RCDSB upholds the Ontario Human Rights Code and all of it's protected grounds.
Organized by division, these resources are available to support learning about Pride and 2SLGBTQIA+ topics. This is not an "approved list" but a "place to start" to diversify your resource list. It is arranged by division - Kindergarten, Primary, Junior, Intermediate and Senior.
