Dr. Apu Mistry, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India.

He has received B. Tech. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering  in the year 2012 . He has received M. Tech. degree from the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta, with specialization in Nanoelectronics in the year 2014. 

He was Junior Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow in the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta, from 2014-2016 and 2016-2019 respectively as Ph.D scholar. He has more than 23 research publications in international journals, conference proceedings, and edited volumes to his credit. 

His research interests include opto-electronics devices, Light emitting devices, Solar Cell, Nanoelectronics. Dr. Mistry is a member of IEEE young Professionals,IEEE Region: R10 -Asia and Pacific since 10th May 2019.
