NJ State Kosher Enforcement Forms

All New Jersey kosher certified establishments must comply with state regulations as detailed by the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Kosher Enforcement.

Specifically, 

1) Mashgiach log book must be present for inspection upon request. (store must maintain this for mashgiach)

2) State Kosher disclosure posters must be visible at all times. 

3) Current kosher certificate must be visible at all times.

4) Any changes to the business name or details on the kosher disclosure poster must be approved and the KOF-K and State must be notified.
