Try one of these mindfulness videos to help reduce stress, anxiety, frustration, and any overwhelming feeling you are experiencing. Rate the level of emotion you are having before you start. For example, are you feelings a 4 or 5 level of stress? How do you feel after the mindfulness video? Do you feel a 1, 2, or 3? If so, you have lowered your uncomfortable or upsetting feeling, great job!
