RBR's NHS consists of only juniors and seniors. Freshmen and sophomores are ineligible for membership; however, if interested, they should remain committed to their studies and become actively involved in service activities throughout the larger community, to prepare for their junior year NHS application.
In early spring, all GPAs are calculated through guidance and those juniors who have met the GPA application requirements will be e-mailed an invitation to apply for NHS. These select juniors will be required to attend a meeting to discuss the application process. Please see below for a more detailed list of application requirements.
Once the applications have been reviewed, those who have been accepted will be e-mailed an acceptance. The induction ceremony for the new junior inductees will take place in April or May. Once inducted, the juniors are to adhere to the requirements and participation expectations outlined below until they graduate from RBR.
To be considered for membership in the Red Bank Regional’s National Honor Society, juniors must meet or submit the following criteria:

The Class of 2025 will have a cumulative 93 GPA requirement (weighted).
