Students of Grade 1 were asked to bring different kinds of leaves to make tree out of it.

They all participated actively using different sizes of leaves and made beautiful trees.

Math Dice Activity (Addition) Grade 2


Making Math Fun with Just a Roll of Dice


Students of Grade 2 enjoyed the activity in pairs. Each got a chance to roll the dice and whatever numbers they got they had to write it on the board. Then they had to add the number of both dice for the score.

Students enjoyed the activity thoroughly.

GRADE 3 THALI DECORATION COMPETITION

“Festivals offer us a valuable opportunity to cast a glance into various aspects of our cultural heritage”.

To enhance the creative and imaginative skills of students, Grade 3 had organized a Thali Decoration competition on account of Ganesh Utsav. Many students participated and showcased their creativity which filled the atmosphere with the spirit of mirth, happiness and love! They came alive with the combination of vibrant colors & patterns and made designs on thalis with various sparkling materials. The winners were selected on the basis of their imagination, creativity and organization of materials used. It was a great success having different forms of decorated Aarti thalis presented by the students.

NATURE STUDY ART

The study of all things visible created by God is Nature study art. We don’t break apart or deconstruct, we observe the whole so that we may know it.

In the art class students used their senses to study and draw the picture of a sunflower shown to them. This improved their ability for sustained concentration.

Toran Making

India is known as a Land of Festivals and celebrations and Ganesh Chaturthi is one of them.

Toran is a traditional hanging seen in Indian households during festive occasions. On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi students of Grade 5 made beautiful torans using marigold flowers, leaves, paper cutouts, and wool.

Students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students enjoyed themselves as they were engaged in the activity.
