Where else can a young impressionable youth learn values like discipline,responsibility,self-confidence,sacrifice and accountability and to remain fit?

A rhythmic energy , focus and motivation runs through the spine as one hears these words, “on your marks, get set ,go!!!. Races are just not about speed, but rather ,it encompasses consistency and the courage to never give up amidst testing times.Moreover, it’s also about the human endeavour to reach out to the finishing line, that is, to give one’s best.

In today’s time, youngsters are glued to their virtual world. They are into a bubble world, wherein, they have created a comfort zone for themselves and they like to remain in that bubble.The fun and excitement of those races are lost into those electronic gadgets that have taken away the real enjoyment. The pandemic has added to the further devastation of children’s playtime.

In all these testing circumstances, the role of school is a vital one. So, yes, RBKGS has played an active role in boosting up the learner’s energy with the sports programme. A plethora of races was planned, keeping in mind the Covid guidelines for the learners.

The magical words, on your marks, get set , go has spread its charm to the learners of RBKGS and it is quite a mesmerising sight to see the kids back to the playground.
