Mission Statement
The Raytown Middle School community will work as a team and provide opportunities for our students to develop academic and social skills for success. We will provide opportunities for our students to experience Respect, Opportunity, Community, Knowledge and Success.
Vision Statements:
Students, parents and staff will treat each other with mutual respect in a safe and structured environment.
Curriculum will be aligned to the Missouri Learning Standards. Instructional strategies will focus on student achievement and will be analyzed for effectiveness on a continual basis.
Students, parents and staff will collaborate to achieve a shared educational purpose through a commitment to hard work, success, and excellence both in and out of the classroom.

6th grade Assistant Principal / Community Outreach organizer.
Serving 14 years at Raytown Middle School and a former ELA teacher at RMS.
Excited about meeting the new 6th grade students.

8th grade Assistant Principal / Activities Director
This my 13th year in the District; formerly served as a high school Science teacher.
I was born and raised in the Raytown Learning Community, I attended Laurel Hills, Fleetridge, RMS and Graduated from RHS.
I enjoy fishing, gardening and hiking.
Mr. Anthony Hile
7th grade Assistant Principal
This is my 13th year in the District and my 3rd year at RMS in an Admin role. Previously served as a social studies teacher at RHS.
Born and raised in the area. Graduated from Raytown High in 2003. Attended Fleetridge and RMS as well.
I enjoy being outdoors, watching sports and spending time with my family.
