Some activities to do today:
Listen to Whaea Zee read us another awesome Elmer story.
Have a go at making tī rākau. Perhaps you could choose your favourite song and come up with your own actions to it (just like the video below) Don't forget to send us a video of your tī rākau!
Watch the short video explaining how to upload pictures and mahi to our google site to share with everyone what you have been up to.
Watch the video about Jupiter. If you like you can write a story about what you know.
Follow this experiment and make your own red spot in your kitchen. You can write up what you did for your experiment and send us a picture (upload it to the Padlet).
Have a go at this star experiment and send us a picture of what happened.

Whaea Zee read this story for us. We hope you enjoy it. Once you have watched the story you could make your own elephant mask or draw a picture and write about your favourite part of the story.

Watch the Fox in Socks story and then see how many of the things on the list you can find in your house. Make sure you take a photo of all the things you have collected and we can see who was able to find the most!
I might even have a go... I am sure I can collect more than all of you!

The weather is just awesome at the moment so if you can get outside go for it! See if you can check off any of these 40 ka pai things to do. Make sure you email us some of your photos as we would love to see what you have been up to.

I was going to read to you, but I thought since we are learning about space it might be better to have a real live astronaut read instead! Watch this story being read from the International Space Station. After you have finished you could do one of these activities...
Make a rocket and write a story about where you would go in space and what you would do.
Design and make an astronaut suit and write about how it works.
Draw a picture of what you might see up in space.
Don't forget to have someone take a photo of your mahi and send it to us we would love to see it!
