Phase 0: Preparing for NUSUK HAJJ Registration

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for purchasing your NUSUK HAJJ packages, follow these steps:

• Prepare Your Information: Ensure all personal details are accurate and ready for submission.

• Passport and Photo: Have a clear scanned copy of your passport and a recent personal photo ready to upload.

• Passport Expiration Date: Ensure your passport expiration date is after 01-01-2026 to meet the eligibility requirements.

• Payment Methods: Be prepared to make payments using Visa or MasterCard or through bank transfers, as these are the accepted payment methods on the platform.

• Review the Registration Video: Watch the NUSUK HAJJ registration tutorial video carefully to familiarize yourself with the process.(Nusuk Registration Guide Video).

• Family Profile: Add family members under a single profile for a more streamlined registration process.

• Electronic Wallet Funding: Load your NUSUK HAJJ e-wallet with at least 70% of the expected package cost to avoid any delays during payment.

• Register on NUSUK HAJJ Website: After reviewing the video and preparing your wallet, proceed with the registration on the NUSUK HAJJ.

Taking these steps will significantly ease the process of purchasing your desired packages and ensure a smooth experience.

Phase 1: Preparing Before Travel

• Report Any Changes in Flight Schedules: If your flight schedule changes, please contact RAWAF GLOBAL immediately at TECKIT@RAWAFGLOBAL.COM so we can arrange for your proper reception and transportation. Please note that your point of arrival should align with your first accommodation as per your package. If your arrival point differs, reach out to us to assist with booking a train journey to match the start of your package.

• • Prepare Yourself Physically and Spiritually: Remember, over 2 million pilgrims are answering Allah’s call, as stated: “And proclaim the Hajj to people; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every distant pass.” Stay patient and calm. It’s recommended to check with your doctor, do some physical exercises, and prepare your luggage according to the provided packing list.

• • Prepare for Worship and Getting Closer to Allah: Get ready to perform your worship with sincerity and peace. Spend your time in remembrance of Allah, reading the Quran, making Du'a, and glorifying Allah. Include sending blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, especially during this blessed journey. Remember, Allah has chosen YOU for this noble act, so be thankful and seek His pleasure.

• • Activate Your NUSUK Card Before Traveling: Your NUSUK card is your official ID during Hajj. Make sure to activate it through the NUSUK APP at least 48 hours before traveling to Saudi Arabia. Rest assured, the digital version through the NUSUK APP serves as an official substitute for the physical card, fully meeting all your needs. It ensures a smooth and worry-free journey, even if there is a delay in receiving the physical card. Additionally, you can use the NUSUK APP to book a slot for visiting Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, UMRA and Hijr Ismail.

Phase 2: Arrival in Saudi Arabia

• To enjoy our Meet and Greet Services: it is essential to meet the RAWAF GLOBAL team upon your arrival at the airport. After collecting your luggage and leaving the baggage area.

• Receive Your ID Card and Hajj Wristband: When you arrive at the hotel, make sure to collect your ID card and wristband. The wristband contains important contact numbers and a QR code for accessing the electronic announcements board.

Phase 3: Stay in Hotels

-          MAKKAH:

• Coordinate for the Arrival Tawaf: Upon reaching your accommodation in Makkah, let the Guest Services team know when you’re ready to go for the Arrival Tawaf. Coordination with your guide will help ensure a smooth process. Daily timings for the Arrival Tawaf are at 7:00 AM, 4:00 PM, and 10:00 PM. 

• Stay Connected with the Guest Services Team: Don’t hesitate to contact our team for any inquiries or support. We are here to assist you and make your Hajj journey as smooth as possible.

• Rooms are on Share Basis.

-          MADINAH:

• Coordinate for Visits to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi: Upon arrival in Madinah, inform the Guest Services team about your plans to visit Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Daily visit timings are set to accommodate group movements and ensure an organized experience. Your guide will assist you in visiting Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah and other key landmarks within the mosque. Visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah must be booked through the NUSUK APP, According to Regulations of the Ministry of Hajj.

• Engage in Worship and Reflection: Madinah offers a serene atmosphere for spiritual reflection. Use your time here to pray, recite the Quran, and visit significant historical sites related to the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

• Stay Connected with the Guest Services Team: For any assistance, questions, or special arrangements in Madinah, our team is readily available to ensure your stay is comfortable and spiritually enriching.

• Plan Your Departure to Makkah: Before leaving Madinah, coordinate with the Guest Services team for your departure arrangements. Ensure timely communication for group transportation or individual travel needs.

• Remembrance of Allah (Dhikr):
  Begin with the remembrance of Allah, reciting prophetic supplications to foster spirituality and tranquility in the hearts of the worshippers.

• Stories of the Prophets:
  Explore the lives of the prophets (peace be upon them), drawing lessons and insights from their journeys to deepen faith and understanding of the divine messages.

• Quran Recitation:
  Conclude with the recitation of Quranic verses, focusing on enhancing recitation and reflecting on their meanings to strengthen the connection with the Holy Quran.

Phase 4: During Hajj Rituals

Ensure a smooth and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience with our essential tips and practical guidelines designed to support you every step of the way:

1.  Transportation Services:

• Complete transportation is provided by buses, except for TAWAF AL-IFADAH. According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Interior.  

2.  Sacred Rituals the 8th to the 13th of Dhul-Hijjah:

• Organized Bus Departures: 

We will depart on highly organized buses, with allocation based on a fair lottery system among the guides. The situation may vary depending on traffic and official traffic regulations.

• Shared Camps in Mina & Arafat: 

Accommodation in Mina and Arafat is in shared camps to ensure an organized and collaborative environment.

• Separate Camps for Ladies and Men: 

Ladies and men will be accommodated in separate camps to maintain privacy and comfort.

• Full-Board Buffet Meals: 

Meals are provided on a full-board buffet basis, ensuring a variety of delicious and nutritious options.

• Air-Conditioned Tents: 

Comfortable air-conditioned tents are provided for a pleasant stay during the pilgrimage.

• Comfortable Sofa Bed: 

Each tent is equipped with comfortable sofa bed, pillows, and blankets.

• Dedicated Washroom Facilities: 

Clean and shared washroom facilities are available near the tents.

• Mina & Arafat are Share Camp. 

• Ladies and Men in Separate Camps.

• FB Meals During the Hajj days, Open Buffet.

• Meals will not be provided at hotels from the 8th to the 13th of Dhul-Hijjah during the Hajj days.

4.  Sacred Site Locations: Locations such as Arafat, Mount Mercy, Muzdalifah, Mina, and Jamarat Bridge. The Mina Camps (Al-Muaisim Camp) are located approximately 6 kilometers from the Jamarat Bridge. Pilgrims should prepare themselves physically for this journey by practicing walking regularly beforehand to ensure they are ready for the physical demands of the pilgrimage. 

Note: The QR code for the announcements board is available on your wristband, your Hajj ID card, or through the Guest Services team.

Phase 5: Departure Guidelines

1. Contact Guest Services 24 Hours Before Departure:
   Pilgrims must inform the Guest Services team about their travel details at least 24 hours before their scheduled departure.

2. Bus Timing for Group Departures:

2. • If the Departure is from Makkah to Madinah Airport or from Madinah to Jeddah Airport, the bus will arrive at the accommodation 14 hours before the flight and depart 12 hours before the flight, According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Hajj. 

2. • For other Departures, the bus will arrive at the accommodation 10 hours before the flight, and pilgrims must depart 8 hours prior to ensure timely arrival at the airport, All in Accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of Hajj. 

3. For Individual Departures:

• Pilgrims must also inform the Customer Service at hotel receptionist of their departure plans in advance to ensure proper coordination and avoid delays. 

• Pilgrims traveling individually (not in groups) must leave the hotel 10 hours before the flight and ensure they are fully prepared for the journey. According to the Regulations Ministry of Hajj.

• Group transportation by buses is only available for a minimum of 20 passengers per trip. We do not provide transportation services for individual pilgrims. 

• If pilgrims arrive at the NEMCO departure center less than 9 hours before the flight, they will need to arrange private transportation, According to the Regulations Ministry of Hajj.

• • Private cars at the NEMCO departure center are available for approx. 500-900 SAR (MAK - JED).

• • Private cars at the NEMCO departure center are available for approx. 900-1500 SAR (MAK - MED).

• • Airport taxis are available for approx. 400 SAR (MAK - JED).
