These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Rapid Auto Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to auto transport and car shipping services throughout the continental United States. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services

Rapid Auto Group LLC provides auto transport services to individuals, dealers, and companies. By utilizing our services, you agree that:

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• We will provide a cost estimate based on the specific details of the shipment, including the destination, vehicle type, and any other relevant factors.

• All estimated delivery dates and times are non-binding, as unforeseen events, such as weather or road conditions, may affect transport schedules.

2. Payments and Fees

• By booking our services, you agree to pay the full price for the shipping service as agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Payment is due before the vehicle is transported unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

• If additional services or changes to the original shipment are requested after booking, additional charges may apply.

• We reserve the right to apply a late payment fee for overdue payments.

3. Liability

• We are not liable for any damage caused to the vehicle while in transit unless the damage is due to negligence or willful misconduct by our team or drivers.

• Our insurance coverage meets industry standards and covers damages that occur during transport. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages or damages resulting from personal items left inside the vehicle.

• By using our services, you agree to release us from any liability for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, road conditions, or vehicle malfunctions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund.

• If the cancellation is made after 24 hours but before the vehicle has been picked up, a partial refund may be issued based on the work already completed.

• No refunds will be issued once the vehicle has been picked up and is en route to the destination.

5. SMS Communications and Opt-Out

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding our services and other relevant information. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to a message sent to you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or send "START", and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Carriers and Messaging

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages, but cannot guarantee that messages will be received by you in a timely manner. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

9. Intellectual Property
