Hire Documents

All hirings are subject to venue and resource availability and are via contact with our Bookings Manager (bookings.manager@raods.org.uk). To assist with planning your hire of our facilities, please download and read the documents shown below. The completed and signed Theatre Booking Form and the Technical Requirements Questionnaire will need to be returned to the Bookings Manager when the hire contract has been agreed. Other documents are available (e.g. a stage plan below).
