Get a good foundation as an RCV Speaker by attending a Speaker Essentials session and practicing your pitch.
You can be a national speaker with Rank the Vote, or for your state or local area. Tell us what you'd like to do, and find your state group.
Rank the Vote feature leaders and experts in national conversations frequently. Sign up for our updates and don't miss a thing!
Start with the RtV standard training deck and its speaker notes. You can use that for your talks, or a deck for your state, or tailored for a particular audience. See examples here.
Before giving talks, get certified through your state organization or nationally with Rank the Vote.
Your trainer will go over the process with you, so that you will know how to:
Gather information before your talk
Prepare all materials needed
Recommended: Line up another volunteer to assist
Report back with signups, leads, and donations
Review your experience
Sample and editable printable ballots (includes our ready-to-go Ice Cream Election Kit with paper or online ballots)
Contact your state RCV organization for localized materials.
