Maple Sugaring & More

It was a joy to share our maple sugaring journey with our families and friends as we gathered together for Maple Fest. We kicked off the event with song and movement while being in community in the amphitheater. Then it was Choice Time, with each class offering one or more activities that served as lenses through which the group engaged in maple sugaring work this year. We reconvened in the amphitheater to share our "Maple Time News." Finally, it was time to taste the fruits of our labor - maple syrup - accompanied by pancakes cooked lovingly by our family members and faculty. As we wrap up this chapter of maple sugaring, we look forward to enjoyed this year's syrup throughout the year as we continue to care for our maple trees.
