Springing Back!

What a fun "Creek & Clay" Links Day we had this Friday! It was warm enough to not only head down to the creek, but to immerse our bodies in the chilly water. In the photograph to the left, evan and Rhys are demonstrating the relationship between water (yellow) and air (green) temperature. We were able to observe the different animals and plants in and around the creek, take water samples, and hike across the creek into Reese Park. By the studios, we worked to make floating boats out of clay. Our morning culminated in a picnic pizza lunch on the back field. We can't wait for more trips to Hunter Creek this spring and summer.
