The Gingerbread Man

Once Not Upon a Time ... but a couple years ago, there was a couple of old people that desperately wanted a child. It was around Christmas time and the lady decided to make a Gingerbread Man and she said, “ Oh you’ll be at like a child to me but, instead of keeping you I’ll have to eat you.”

So then she put the Gingerbread Man and the gingerbread man’s house in the oven. After that a couple hours later she took it out of the oven. Then she decorated it with love. She looked at her cell phone and saw her husband texting her to come help him decorate the tree. So then after that the gingerbread woke up from his spell that put him to sleep in the oven. He started to shout “I’m free. I’m free. Oh it’s so nice to be free.”

He thought that old woman an old man didn’t hear him. Oh but he was wrong, wrong wrong wrong. They heard him all right and he gave them a jump they were so scared they didn’t know what the sound was. So they creeped into the kitchen with carefully quiet steps. Didn’t know what to expect. So when they looked in there, they were shocked to find the little gingerbread man alive. So he shouted with glee “ I’m going to flee. So, run ... run ... as fast as you can! You can’t catch me, I’m the Gingerbread Man! “

He said it again, “ Run... run ... old woman an old man, you can’t catch me I’m the gingerbread man. Soon he ran into a meadow a big wide mouth filled with cows he stopped at the site of cow poop. But it was fresh, disgusting cow poop. He looked around and he saw a cow staring at him while he ate it was so disgusting to the cow it was just disgusting. The cows said “let me eat you let me eat you."

But do you know what the gingerbread man said in response “Run ... run ... cow as fast as you can, but you can’t catch me because I’m the Gingerbread Man."

He ran into the corn fields at old couple in a cow chasing after him he still beat them but then the old woman started to pant. She couldn’t take it anymore the breath the exercise. It was too much for her. She called out, “Keep going. Keep going. I know you can make it.”
