COVID-19 Dashboard

Total Number of Cases Since September 1, 2022

These numbers do not reflect all the data that is considered when making the decisions about the status of schools.

COVID 19 Summary

PLEASE NOTE:

  • To rule out reporting false positives, we will wait 48 hours before posting a case from a positive rapid test. Only lab-confirmed (PCR or Rapid) tests will be reported on the dashboard.

  • A negative PCR (lab) result may negate a positive rapid result as long as the lab test is done within 48 hours of the rapid test.

  • Please see the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet for data from prior school years.

Who in my child's class/school/team has tested positive? We are unable to release individual health information. Per privacy guidelines, no additional information can be shared regarding the COVID-19-positive individual. If you have healthcare concerns, please contact your family’s healthcare provider.

How do I know if I / my child is impacted? Per NJDOH guidance for the 2021-22 school year, quarantine is no longer recommended for people exposed to COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status.

What if my child begins to feel ill? The NJDOH strongly encourages parents and caregivers to monitor their students for signs and symptoms of illness every day and keep them home if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms of respiratory or gastrointestinal infections (e.g., cough, fever, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea). Please contact your building nurse if your student tests positive for COVID-19 and your student's healthcare provider if you need additional assistance.
