Homework Procedures

Students are responsible for recording their homework in their assignment pads each day. Daily Assignments can be used as a reference for daily, weekly, and long-term assignments. Keep in mind that postings on Daily Assignments are subject to change. Teachers will attempt to update Daily Assignments on a daily basis; however, under certain circumstances this is not always possible. Therefore, it is imperative that students use their assignment pads every day.

Students should spend approximately 50 minutes of homework each evening. If your child is consistently spending more than 1 hour on homework each night, please contact me.

Homework Tips:

1. Plan a daily homework time

2. Read and follow all directions

3. Do your homework neatly and carefully

4. Ask for help if you need it, but do the work yourself
