Homework Procedures

Students are responsible for recording their homework in their assignment pads each night. Schoology Homework Board can be used as a reference for daily, weekly, and long-term assignments. Keep in mind that postings on Schoology Homework Board are subject to change. I will attempt to update the Schoology Homework Board on a daily basis; however, under certain circumstances this is not always possible. Therefore, it is imperative that students use their assignment pads every day.

Students should spend approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour on homework each evening. If your child is consistently spending more than 1 hour on homework each night, please contact me.

Homework Tips for Humanities Class

• Find a quiet place to read

• Have your "jotting tools" handy

• Do your homework neatly and carefully.

• Ask for help if you need it, but do the work yourself.
