Admission

All children are welcome regardless of sex, race, nationality or religion, ages 18 months to 6 years old. The preschool is licensed by the State of California, which requires the following forms to be on file before assuming responsibility of caring for each child:

• Immunization Record
• Identification and Emergency Information
• Parents’ Pre-Admission Health Evaluation
• Parents’ Rights
• Personal Rights
• Admission Agreement
• Consent for Medical Treatment
• Physician’s Report
