Ella and Stella proposed creating a blanket and a brochure that has a list of things to do during and after a cyclone. The blanket would have instructions to stay calm, breath, and be patient to get what you need because the workers are trying their best. The brochure would have a list of rules and sanitation advance in how to keep the shelter clean, up to date and comfortable for all the people in need.
