About Mrs. Colleen Annunziata:

I graduated from Suffern High School in 1998. After which, I attended Fordham University, Rose Hill Campus, Bronx NY, where I double-majored in Biology & Chemistry. I was selected for NYC Teaching Fellows program in the Summer of 2002, and proceeded to teach middle school science at I.S. 98 while concurrently earning my Masters Degree in Secondary Science Education from City College of New York. I completed my Masters in 2004 and soon later, I was hired to teach Chemistry & General Science at Suffern High School & Suffern Middle School. The following year I moved to the high school full time, where I currently teach Regents/Honors/ESL Biology, Regents/Honors/AP Chemistry, and AVID  12 .

Outside the school day, I am involved in many of Suffern's great activities. First, I am the Test Center Supervisor for the SAT/PSAT and ACT/PACT exams. Second, I coach both our Science Olympiad and Academic League Teams. Finally,  I participate on the Camp College Committee which selects 10 of our students to attend a weekend workshop allowing them to experience college life.
