Understand the breakdown of a workout using the acronym NAMSET (Name exercise, Area being used, Muscles required, Silent demo, Explanation, Tips or technique)
Demonstrate the ability to workout safely in the gym with others
Take photos of each stage (Prep, execution & follow through)
