To maintain the quality of education we impart at Raj Career Institute , we request all students and parents to go through the following guidelines and terms and conditions, and then join the course if they completely agree with them: 

1. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. (ex: Parents getting transferred, the student leaving current school/college, change of schedule or teachers, etc.)

2. Students must attach one photo to the admission form and one to the l-card.

3. Every student must carry the class l-card when attending classes. Failing to do this, they will not be allowed to participate in the class.

4. Loss of l-card should be reported to the office at the earliest. A new I-card will then be issued to the student after paying a fine of Rs.50.

5. All the students should follow the discipline and rules of the classes.

6. Students misbehaving in the classes will be rusticated with prior notice to the parents. Additionally, their fees will not be refunded.

7. Students should park their vehicles at their own risk. Classes will not be responsible for any damages/theft of the vehicles.

8. Students paying fees in installments will be allowed to attend the classes for the time in proportion to the amount paid.

9. Printed notes will not be provided unless fees are paid in full.

10. Performance tracking using the mobile app: Students and parents are requested to collect the login ID and password from the office for accessing the mobile app, which provides information about the student's performance and their classes.
