*Using the Comment Bank? Please ensure any stringers for student names have the code: {{person.fieldC022|capitalize}} or {{person.fieldC022|lower}}. This will ensure their legal name appears in the comments on the report card.

👉 Tips to avoid erasure of comments:
Do not use the "Save and Forward" and "Save and Next" buttons. They are a known cause of erasure.
Do not rush with saving and moving to the next comment:
If the page does not fully save before moving to the next, a blank comment may be inadvertently saved instead.
If the page does not fully load before entering and saving the comment, a blank comment may be inadvertently saved instead.
Only one Aspen browser should be open when completing report cards.
Only one user should be in the comments section for the subject/class. Peer review should be completed using a report (such as the new Comment Verification report).
