Help Ticket - All employees can raise a help ticket to their problem solvers / HOD
Help Slip - Only HOD / problem solvers should raise a help slip to the directors
HOD / Problem Solver need to assess the relevance of any help ticket raised to them. If chosen no, a reason needs to be given.
After receiving reply of relevant Help Tickets, feedback to be given on solution provided for the help ticket
