We all know that joining a Committee or Board of Directors can be awkward. No matter how much orientation you receive, it’s not uncommon to feel like an outsider. New Members often face a steep learning curve, and OREA wants to change that.
OREA wants to give you the knowledge and tools to be engaged right from the very first meeting. That’s why OREA has created a Mentor to Mentee Connection program to help individuals looking to build their leadership skills and who have an interest in advancing in real estate leadership.
Mentees will benefit from the 1:1 coaching, guidance, and support provided by a Mentor, an experienced OREA Board Member with a passion for developing talent. Mentors will help Mentees build their skills and experience in volunteer leadership.
